RESUME: L’impact de l’investissement direct étranger sur la croissance économique et l’emploi en RDC de 1990 à 2014, à l’ère de la mondialisation, où nous assistons à une explosion des IDE, élément moteur de la multinationalisation des entreprises. Les motivations principales à l’origine de ces investissements sont bien évident la réduction des couts (coûts de travail, optimisation fiscale, etc.), mais aussi à la recherche d’économie liées à des grands marchés et la conquête de nouveaux marchés. Les effets positifs des IDE sur la croissance économique et du surcroit d’emploi qui en résulte dans les pays d’accueil sont confirmés par des nombreux travaux empiriques.

SUMMARY: The impact of the foreign direct investment on the economic growth and the use in DRC of 1990 to 2014, at the era of universalization, where we attend an explosion of the IDE, motive fluid of the multinationalisation of the companies. The principal motivations at the origin of these investments are obviously the reduction of the costs (costs of work, tax optimisation, etc), bet also the search for economy related to large markets and the conquest of new markets. The positive effects of the IDE on the economic growth and the surcroit of employment which results from it in the host contries are confirmed by many empirical work.
